The Key Holding Company, National Network Provider for Key Holding Services.

 

Current Situation:

This client had previously used other key holding providers whom sold the service on the promise that they could deliver on time and produce accurate and timely business reporting, on both counts these companies failed to produce.

 

Challenges:

was to use our clients “Chase” report platform, utilising this alongside our own digital method, this included the customers agent visiting our team and instructing them on its functionality and how to cross reference it with our own platform.

 

Risk:

The main risk was covering the additional works within a very short period of mobilisation and maintaining a seamless transition. Also, ensuring the integrity of the business and customers was always maintained and the producing of accurate and timely business reports.
